I’m Emily - a chronic illness warrior, two-time divorcée, and resilience expert who’s lived through the kind of pain you can’t pretty up.
From heartbreak and trauma to deconstructing toxic beliefs and reclaiming my voice, I’ve spent over a decade learning how to survive the mess and turn it into something powerful.
I’ve walked through loss, depression, religious pressure, and the kind of life detours that don’t come with a map. Through it all, I’ve unlearned perfection, dropped the performance, and started protecting my peace like it’s sacred - because it is.
